Notice on the processing and protection of personal data on the SIGNALED website

HOOH MEDIA d.o.o. is committed to maintaining mutual trust by respecting and protecting your privacy and your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (further: "GDPR").

HOOH MEDIA is the data controller, which means that it decides why and how the data will be used.

 

According to the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, the term "personal data" is used for all data relating to an individual whose identity has been determined or can be determined ("the respondent"). Also, HOOH MEDIA may share your personal data with the competent state authorities who will process them within the scope of their work from the scope established by law when such our obligation is prescribed by the applicable legislation and in accordance with their legal powers, as well as with external consultants and other temporary employees who are obliged to confidentiality.

 

If there will be a need to transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, we will inform the respondent about this, we will act as required by applicable laws and regulations and ensure that the personal data and rights of the respondent are adequately protected by appropriate protective measures.

We will also provide information on the actions taken without undue delay, and in any case within one month of receiving the request. This deadline can be extended by an additional two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. We will notify you of any such extension, within one month of receiving the request, along with the reasons for the delay. This information is provided free of charge.

 

If the requests are clearly unfounded or excessive, especially due to their frequent repetition, we reserve the right to: charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of handling the request; or refuse to comply with the request.

 

Security of your personal data

 

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, loss, theft and any other violation and misuse of your personal data. We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.

 

Storage of personal data

 

We store your personal data only as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing in question, i.e. usually for the period of fulfilment of the contractual relationship with our partner or for the period expressly prescribed by the applicable legislation. However, we will store the data for a longer period if we have to act on any complaints regarding the services provided or if we have to protect the interests of HOOH MEDIA in relation to potential liability of HOOH MEDIA.

 

The data you sent us via the online form, in order to answer your questions or provide the information you request, will be stored for 3 years. We keep your data as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose or as prescribed.
